Dynamic Tables
Create project-specific tables with 12 field types, including text, number, date, email, phone, selection lists, yes/no, file upload, conditional questions (Washington Group) and relationship fields. Reorder fields by drag-and-drop and define required or unique values.
Table Relationships
Connect tables and track relationships between records. Both many-to-one and one-to-many relationships are recognised automatically and can be used in reports.
Smart Forms & Surveys
Create public forms linked to any table and share them by URL. Forms can be completed without a user account and can include conditional logic, time limits and submission limits, including Washington Group-compatible follow-up questions.
Offline Forms (PWA)
Open the form once while connected and add it to the home screen. It can then be used offline in the field. Data is stored locally in IndexedDB and synchronised automatically when connectivity returns. Android and iOS are supported.
Cross-Reporting & Visualization
Run queries on a single table or across two related tables. Build cross-analyses with filtering, grouping and cross-grouping, and visualise results as bar, pie, doughnut or polar charts. Export charts directly as PNG.
Four-Level Role Management
Admin - full access. Manager - project and user management. Data Entry - data entry only for authorised tables. Viewer - read-only access. Table permissions and delete rights are managed separately.
Excel Export
Export each table to .xlsx in one click, including fields, related-record references and timestamps. Charts can also be exported as PNG for direct use in reports.
File Uploads
Add file-upload fields to tables with support for PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, XLS and XLSX formats. Existing files are preserved during edits unless a replacement is uploaded.
Brand Customization
Configure organization branding, including separate light- and dark-mode logos, PWA icons and branded login, navigation, forms and reports.
Project-Based Organization
Organize tables, forms and users under projects with project-specific permissions. Projects can be created, edited and managed centrally.
Conditional Questions
Conditional-question logic compatible with Washington Group workflows. Follow-up questions can be displayed automatically based on a primary response, in both administrative and public forms.
Built-in AI Guide
A built-in AI-assisted guide explains platform features through a chat interface without requiring SQL or technical knowledge, supporting users with setup, reporting and navigation questions.
